Sunday School
Sunday, Sept 7 | 9:15 AM | Fellowship Hall
Connect with a Sunday School class on Sunday mornings. Join us in Fellowship Hall this coming Sunday, as we study, “The Journey”, from Numbers 9:15-23.
Many of us rely on GPS navigation when going someplace new. Not only will it tell us to turn left in 1.2 miles, but it will also tell us what time we can expect to arrive. GPS systems weren’t as reliable when they first came out. They were programmed at the factory and didn’t automatically update with the most up-to-date information. They didn’t know about new roads or routes. Thus, sometimes they gave wrong information, and people got lost.
Think of a time when bad directions led you somewhere unexpected. How can getting just one detail wrong disrupt our travels?

Sunday Worship Service
Sunday, Sept 7 | 10:30 AM | Worship Center
Worship with Noble Avenue Baptist as Pastor Brian Frank shares a “Worthy of Worship” message from Psalm 100.
A Psalm of Thanksgiving
1 Shout with joy to the Lord, all the earth! 2 Worship the Lord with gladness. Come before him, singing with joy. 3 Acknowledge that the Lord is God! He made us, and we are his. We are his people, the sheep of his pasture. 4 Enter his gates with thanksgiving; go into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him and praise his name. 5 For the Lord is good. His unfailing love continues forever, and his faithfulness continues to each generation. -

The Great Commission
As we are going, we help others know and follow Jesus.
The Great Commission isn’t just for missionaries overseas - it’s for each of us, in our everyday lives. Jesus told us to ‘go and make disciples,’ which can be understood as ‘as you are going.’ Whether it’s at work, in the grocery store, or even with the person who comes to service our home, we have opportunities to share Christ and plant seeds of faith. In this week’s devotional, Pastor Brian shares a recent conversation that opened the door to talk about God’s love in a new way.

“Love the Family Day”
This is a special time when we visit our church family that are isolating or home bound.
