Noble Threads
Sewn with Purpose. Shared with Love.
Threads of Grace!
Come be part of something meaningful each Thursday at 9:00 AM in Fellowship Hall, where fabric, friendship, and faith come together. Whether you are an experienced quilter or just curious, you're welcome here - we provide everything you need.
Drop in when you can, leave when you need to, and bring your kids along if they can hang out by your side. Use the rear parking lot and come in through the back door.
Be sure to check the calendar for any schedule changes.
What began with fabric and prayer has become a ministry of warmth, comfort, and connection - touching lives near and far, one stitch at a time.
Our Story.
We have been busy utilizing the generous gifts of fabric and money. It is such a joy to see evidence of loaves and fishes in the form of able hands and supplies to meet needs of our community and beyond. We were even gifted funds to purchase a long arm for finishing quilts and several are learning to use it.
We have sewn quilts, pillowcases, burp cloths, receiving blankets, tissue holders, bookmarks, dish towels, stuffed toys, book bags, and luvies.
They have been prayed over and given to foster children, local fire victims, Hope House, Integris NICU, Guthrie mommas in need, Guthrie families whose heaters were not efficient enough to keep them warm at night, a nearby pastor, girls in Africa, cancer patients to take to treatment and as a reminder that there are people they don’t even know praying for them. There are even lap quilts in Noble Avenue’s Worship Center for people who get chilled easily during worship.
The other important part of this ministry is the community that has formed among our members. People who needed a circle of like minded friends have developed sweet, prayerful, meaningful relationships. We have the pleasure of sharing our joys, successes, and even our struggles knowing we will not be judged or criticized.

“God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.”
