Sunday School
Sunday, Oct 5 | 9:15 AM | Fellowship Hall
Connect with a Sunday School class on Sunday mornings. Join us in Fellowship Hall this coming Sunday, as we study, “Lack of Trust”, from Numbers 20:2-13.
People generally fall into two categories—those who read and follow the instructions and those who think they can figure it out as they go along. Those who fall into this latter category may do so because of heightened self-confidence, impatience, or a history of past successes. Sometimes, though, at the end of the project, those in the second category may be left with extra, unused parts or an end product that doesn’t quite look like it was supposed to.
Do you find yourself in category one or two? Why do you think that is your tendency? On what kinds of tasks is it most important to follow instructions all the way to the end?

Sunday Worship Service
Sunday, Oct 5 | 10:30 AM | Worship Center
Worship with Noble Avenue Baptist as Pastor Brian Frank shares “A New Song for a New Day” from Psalm 40. We learn how worship influences and changes us.
1 I waited patiently for the Lord to help me, and he turned to me and heard my cry. 2 He lifted me out of the pit of despair, out of the mud and the mire. He set my feet on solid ground and steadied me as I walked along. 3 He has given me a new song to sing, a hymn of praise to our God. Many will see what he has done and be amazed. They will put their trust in the Lord.

Join us as we pray, give, and see how God is moving through missions, students, and communities across Oklahoma.
September at Noble Avenue is a month of missions and prayer. Join us as we lift up the Edna McMillan Offering for State Missions, supporting ministries across Oklahoma that reach students, encourage pastors, and serve foster care families. Later this month, students will also gather for the international See You At The Pole prayer event, uniting in prayer for their schools and communities. Discover how God is moving and how you can be part of it.
