What is Ash Wednesday?
Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent for many Christians. Some churches use ashes as a symbol of humility and repentance - reminding us we need God’s grace. Whether or not you observe it with ashes, the invitation is the same: come to Jesus, turn to Him, and let Him renew your heart.
What is Lent?
Lent is a season leading up to Easter when many Christians choose to slow down and refocus on Jesus - His life, His sacrifice, and His resurrection. It’s a time for prayer, repentance, and renewing our hearts toward God as we prepare to celebrate Resurrection Sunday.
What is Easter?
Easter (Resurrection Sunday) is the celebration that Jesus rose from the dead. The resurrection is the center of Christian hope - Jesus defeated sin and death, and everyone who repents and believes can have new life in Him. In 2026, Easter Sunday is April 5.
